SCImatchTM is a branded service of Bio-recruitment Limited ("Bio-recruitment").
Definitions
"bio-recruitment.com" means a domain name and web site owned by Bio-recruitment Limited.
"Bio-recruitment" means Bio-recruitment Limited.
"candidate" means any person registering on the web site and making themselves available for employment.
"company" means Bio-recruitment Limited.
"software" means the computer code providing the functions within the web site.
"user" means any person accessing and using the facilities of the web site.
"username" and "password" means the combination of letters and/or numbers used to access the web site.
"web site" means bio-recruitment.co.uk and scimatch.com and the content displayed within.
"scimatch.com" means a domain name and web site owned by Bio-recruitment Limited.
"web site material" means the content of the web site.
Registration, Username and Password
You are responsible for keeping confidential your information, username and password. You shall be responsible for all logins using your registration details whether or not authorised by you. You agree to notify Bio-recruitment immediately of any unauthorised use of your registration, username or password.
To open an account you will need to complete the web site registration process. Once this has been completed should you want to engage the services of the company you should contact the company to discuss further.

- Allowing access to a non-public area of this web site by disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose

Bio-recruitment will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to where necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

The copyright, database rights and any other intellectual property rights in the web site (including any software) throughout the world and all rights of the domain names; "bio-recruitment.co.uk" and “scimatch.com” shall remain the exclusive property of the company. All software on the web site is the property of the company or it's software suppliers and protected by U.K. and International copyright laws. Any other use, including the reproduction, display or performance of the content on the web site is strictly prohibited.
Bio-recruitment’s Liability
Bio-recruitment has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the skills listed or CV's posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to take up positions with employers. You agree to assume any and all risks associated in dealing with other users that you come into contact with through the web site.
Bio-recruitment does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of communications submitted or displayed by candidates or endorses any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.
The web site material may contain inaccuracies or errors. Bio-recruitment makes no representations about the accuracy of the web site or the web site material. The use of the web site and the web site material is at your own risk. Changes are made regularly to the web site and may be made at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the company’s maximum liability in connection with the web site or your use of the web site material will not exceed £1.
Bio-recruitment’s Warranties
Biorecruitment does not warrant that the web site and its server are free of computer viruses. Bio-recruitment does not warrant that the web site will work error-free. Bio-recruitment is not responsible for any costs associated with servicing or replacing equipment or data as a result of using the web site or web site material.
Termination
Bio-recruitment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your registration and/or ability to access the web site, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if the company is not able to verify any of the information you submit on web site registration.
General
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the English Courts. No changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be made except by a revised posting on this page.
The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
