Once you have registered and built and published your profile on our site, you can refer a friend or colleague to Bio-recruitment Ltd at any time. Every time you refer a fellow scientist to us there is a chance for you to earn cash for yourself. When we place your friend, we pay you. That’s all there is to it!
We want people like you; the most qualified and experienced professionals, representing us in the science sector, so we are willing to pay you to help us find the best people.
If they accept a position and remain with that company for at least a 90 day period, you’ll earn £250 per person referred.
How It Works
It’s simple. Give your friend the e-mail address you signed up with. When they register with us at www.scimatch.com get them to quote your e-mail address and when they are successful and accept a position through us, remaining there for at least 90 days, you receive £250 from us and your friend also receives their sign up fee.

There is no limit to the number of £250 bonuses you can earn for successful placements plus each friend earns 1% of the starting salary when they accept that great job they were looking for.

Your referred friends must type in your e-mail address when registering on our site.
Your referred friends must be new to our database.
Your referred friends must have Life Science skills and experience to create a skills profile on our site.
Restrictions
All awards are applied 90 days after the candidate has taken up a new role through our site.
An award will only be paid for new candidates who are placed following registration on our site.
We do not believe it is in the candidate's interest to switch jobs too frequently.
We reserve the right to cancel the bonus at our sole discretion for any abuse of the programme.
